Free Shipping over £50.

Spend over £50 and you’ll receive FREE SHIPPING UK wide excluding the Republic of Ireland and islands.

Any order under £50 means there will be a small flat rate shipping fee from £2.95+ for your order, depending on weight.

 

What orders qualify for free shipping?

All orders over £50 that are being shipped to an address within the UK (excl islands) will qualify for free shipping. International orders will not qualify for free shipping.

 

How long does it take to ship my order?

All orders will usually be dispatched within 0-2 business days of the order being placed. Some exceptions may apply during promotional and busy holiday periods, or if you Pre-Ordered an Out of Stock item. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched along with tracking details.

What is your return policy?

We’re all entitled to change our minds, otherwise, we wouldn’t be human!

The important bit is that we can only accept goods that have not been open or used. We also can not accept returns on custom orders or sale items. 

 

Please contact laura@olivebox.co within 14 days of receiving your goods and ensure they arrive back to us in AS NEW condition. You will need to cover the cost to return the item/s.

If you decide that for whatever reason you no longer need your goods once purchased or need to change your order, we will offer you a credit note to the value of your purchase to be used for future purchases, or if you want a refund then the shipping cost will be deducted.

If your return meets our policy we can provide: 

• A credit note on your Olivebox account which can be used to exchange your items or used on future purchases

• Or a refund (please note that the original shipping costs that we cover to send your items to you will be deducted from this on both international and UK orders. (Please note: As all orders are paid in British Pounds, all refunds are processed in British Pounds and The Olive Hunt is not responsible for any currency fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund).
